I'm getting ready to make new curtains for my Yuma, and would like to ask if anyone knows where you can get the snaps that fit into the plastic carriers. I've found some nice ones, with dies, through an online sailmaking supply place, but am not sure if they'd work. Thanks, Al R. |

You want to get a "baby dot" snap.. check with some local sewing supply places in your area.. I found a place here in Utah. (Silver State) that carries them.. I Paid $11.00 for box of 100 of them.. They work good.. Just are a challenge on the new sliders. |

Hi! We are getting our just purchased 72 Roamer ready for our first trip. Are the "baby dot" snaps that you mentioned what will fit into the little plastic 2-hole carriers that are in the slots in the side walls? And, are these a literal snap that snaps into the carrier? Also, would this same kind of carrier be used for the privacy curtains in the bunk ends? There is some kind of slot there that I think is for curtains, but no carriers. Thanks, Glenn Rookie Apache owner |

Yes, these are snaps that snap into the plastic carriers. Don't know about the privacy curtains - I don't have any of those. _________________ al r. '72 Yuma |

I went to a local RV dealer Fun in the Sun and found the sliders and some curtain tape. They fit perfectly so my privacy curtains are now made. I see the windows track looks the same so it should work for that also. I had a few old sliders left and they look different than the ones I bought but the new ones fit perfectly. What I need to know is does anyone have vintage curtain pictures from a 72 Ramada? I think the curtains I have are vintage they are striped just wondering?
